Bio

Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin—especially those navigating ADHD, identity questions, or relationship stress. You might find yourself overthinking, struggling to stay organized or focused, or feeling like you have to adapt who you are depending on the situation.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults who are dealing with anxiety, burnout, and challenges in relationships or self-understanding. Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed with ADHD or are starting to question how your mind works and are considering neurodivergence, therapy can help you better understand your patterns and build tools that actually fit your life.

Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I’m trained in EMDR and DBT, which means we can both process deeper experiences and develop practical strategies to manage emotions, improve relationships, and create more stability day-to-day.

I also have experience supporting families and parents, particularly when it comes to behavioral concerns and strengthening connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make meaningful, lasting changes.
