Bio
My name is Ryan Jouett, LPC. I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2019. I work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I am a
trauma-focused therapist, but I also have experience treating clients who struggle with
depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, stress, relationships,
neurodivergences, LGBTQ+, anger management, self-esteem, family issues, parenting
challenges, and grief counseling. I look forward to helping you feel safe and supported.
Approach
I provide intersectional, client- centered therapy through a trauma-informed lens. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and am trained in both EMDR and DBT. My approach fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where you, the client, can feel empowered to address deeper challenges and achieve meaningful growth. I have a wealth of experience with working with children through addressing behavioral issues, improve and strengthen family connections, and can provide insight with parenting challenges through Parent Child Interactive Therapy.
